Sweet and Sour Tilapia Recipes | Filipino Food!

 


Clean the Tilapia fish and seasoning with salt and pepper and cover the fish of plain flour in then fried the Tilapia fish in the medium heat of cooking oil. Make a sauce using the ingredients below.

Ingredients:
1 kilo of Tilapia
Salt and Pepper to seasoning
plain flour
oil for frying
1 small can pineapple tidbits
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 small of carrot ( cut into strips)
1 bell pepper (red or green) cut into strips
1/2 cup onions (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon corn starch ( dissolve in 3 tbsp. water for slurry)
