  Add 5 cups of water in the cooking pots then boiled the 1/2 cup of tapioca pearls and cook 15 minutes. Mashed potatoes with mozzarella cheese in the center and coated with cheese-flavored  cracker crumbs.  Ingredients: 3 large potatoes salt and pepper to taste  1/4 cup flour  1/4 cup corn starch  1 pcs. of egg 1 cup of bread crumbs  Mozzarella cheese  2 pcs. hotdodgs (optional)  If you put all together the ingredients in then deep fried the Cheesy Potato Balls in the cooking oil.

  Empanada  is a famous pastry that originated in Spain. It's name came from the Spanish word  "empanar", which means to wrap or coat the bread. Empanada Ingredients: Dough: 2 cups flour  1 stick or 1/2 cup butter or margarine (hard) 1/2 tsp. baking powder  2 tsp. sugar 1/4 cup warm water  pinch of salt Filling: 1/2 kl. ground chicken or pork 1 medium-size carrot (diced)  1 medium-size potato (diced)  2 tbsp. green peas  2 tbsp. raisin union garlic 1 tbsp. oyster sauce  1 pc. chicken broth cube For Baking: Brush egg wash on the top and bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 180 to 200 degree celsius, depending on your oven. Bake until the top becomes slightly brown.

Maja Blanca  is a very easy Filipino food. It is also known "Coconut Pudding" and is made for coconut milk, corn starch and sugar.  Ingredients : 200grams corn starch  3 cups of coconut milk  1 big can evaporated milk (370 ml)  1 big can condensed milk (300 ml)  1 can Cream style corn 1 1/2 cup sugar (adjust if you want)  2 cups of water + 1 cup to dissolve corn starch  Note: For the sweetness, mix all the ingredients first before adding sugar. Taste if as per your desired sweetness. Add or cut some sugar if needed.
