Mango Jelly Salad Recipes | Filipino Food!

 


Add 5 cups of water in the cooking pots then boiled the 1/2 cup of tapioca pearls and cook 15 minutes. After you cooking the tapioca then remove from heat and soak in the cold water to prevent sticking until ready to use. Add 5 cups of water in the cooking pots then boiled the 1 (25g) sachet Gelatin powder (mango flavored) and dissolve the Gelatin powder. After you dissolve the Gelatin powder in then transfer to the tray or molder and let it cool and set, Cut the firm Gelatin into cube.

Prefer the 1 kilo ripe mangoes in then chop the mango into cube in set aside. Mix all together the chopped mangoes, Gelatin cubes, cooked tapioca pearls, 1 cup nata de coco, 2 (250ml) packs all purpose cream or 500ml and 1 (390ml)  can condensed milk.

Ingredients:
1 kilo Ripe Mangoes
2 (250ml) packs all purpose cream or 500ml
1(390ml) Can Condensed Milk
1 (25g) Sachet Gelatin powder (mango flavored)
1/2 cup Tapioca Pearls (uncooked)
1 cup Nata De Coco (drained)
